The McHenry County Old House Support Group is a forum for Old House owners from across the county, where restoration information and resources can be difficult to find. Whether the work is done by the owner or by trained professionals, this is a resource for connecting individuals involved in similar projects and an opportunity to share both the trials and triumphs of the restoration process

If you have an historic home, or even if your house is just old, we can help. "Old House Support" is a place you can come to find out what architectural style your building might be, what those funny curly-que things are up near the rooftop, or where to go if your stone foundation is in need of some tender loving care. Here you can share the trials and joys of owning an older home.
